At PetVet Animal Hospital, we understand that our clients have busy lives and often struggle to find time to bring their pets in for appointments.
For this reason, we are thrilled to offer convenient drop-off appointments. Instead of needing to wait with your pet, you can drop them off and go about your day. We will perform their exam and provide any necessary services while you are at work, running errands, or taking care of your other family members, and you can pick them up later at a time that is convenient for you. With our drop-off appointment options, you can get your dog or cat the care they need even if you have very little time in your schedule.
HOW OUR DROP-OFF APPOINTMENTS WORK
When you schedule your pet’s drop-off appointment, we will go over all of the details with you on the phone. We will also need to gather information about your pet’s health history, any symptoms they are experiencing, etc. at this time.
On the day of their appointment, simply drop them off at our office when we open. Keep your phone with you at all times throughout the day, and we will contact you to go over treatment plans and/or to get approval if your pet needs care beyond what was discussed when setting your appointment. You can pick your pet up between 3:00 and 4:30 or when we let you know they are ready.
